joined a gym recently and have been doin cardio + resistance training 2-3 times a week. A day or two after each workout my muscles become really sore so i dont exercise untill they are normal again. Is this normal when u start going gym? and will the soreness go away or always come back after working out?

yeh you can get sore muscles if you jump into a moderately intense exercise program after having done none at all for a long while. it might also be because you're not warming up or cooling down correctly.

It's normal. You're doing things to your body it's not used to yet.
