Well of course - I only stretch before and after exercise.

No sex for almost 2 whole months? I'm not sure if I could handle that.... good luck.

I've never jogged on the beach actually... I should do one day. You still have dizzyness? Is this from the cold... or just... usually dizzy. You did mention about your co-ordinational issues a while back.
Tell me about it :afraid: must keep distracting myself *twitches*
And I have problems with balance/perception which makes me feel something which medically isn't dizziness...but that's the closest sensation that has a name so that's what we're calling it to make conversation easier :giggle: it's a little worse at the moment because having a headache obviously has made it worse, and I haven't done as much physio :giggle: back to normal now though
You should jog on the beach oneday Kag It's good, much easier if the sand's wet though :mmm: but I find it's kinder on the joints and more of a workout even with damp sand :yep:

this made me want to go for a run, but i decided it was too much effort, so now i'm cooking spaghetti.
    Good Choice :yep: spaghetti :coma:

That first sentence was perhaps a little... :giggle:

Ah, well with jogging it's really just... jogging. Of course you need some form of balance but surely you can walk in a straight line?

I think jogging on the sand would be quite hard - i'm very used to the concrete of London roads and sidewalks. I will one day though - most probably some time in the next few months if I decide to visit you in Jersey. :hugs:

    Actually no I can't
Jogging's perhaps the worst activity, your brain should automatically rebalance you when you're jogging, walking etc. so the world around you seems to be going past quite smoothly...but my brain doesn't do that so it's like when you see people running with cameras on their shoulders on tv and the world moves about and then I fall over
And yes, especially on loose sand...if you do it a decent amount I should think you get more of a workout :yep:
And yes maybe that first sentence was a little

Did I mention I want one?

You're not going to get a lot of choice in the matter when I 'persuade' you to dress up...although crossplay would mean we could save money on costumes :yep: so crossplay it is
Although I quite like men's costumes :erm: mix and match?
