    interesting in a good way?
I had 'pull shapes' come on in the darker sequence of my jogging. I'm not sure if it's good or not, but it made me smile.

Yes, in the absence of light. Kilburn is full of it at night and I decided to jog the opposite way I usually do (that being towards central). It was interesting to not be able to see ahead of you yet still keep moving...

I thought you meant darker in a different sense, like you being tired and finding it harder to keep going, though with that song:giggle:

..what are you doing jogging at this time when the suspicious are out

Because I had time and I didn't feel like talking to people. That, and it's refreshing. I rarely find it hard to jog anymore, but my heart did skip a beat which made me pause for a second and think I had a heart attack.

Kilburn does produce some shady people at night. I saw some white youths doing something iffy with their hunched backs in the park. :giggle:

I'm reluctant as that would take me up to a full month of sickleave - which just looks bad :erm: However if my own GP agrees with the OccHealth Dr I suppose I'll have to :mmm:
