    i made some once. it was surprisingly hard so get the shape right, and the rice was too hot so hurt my hands. i made plain ones too so they werent very interesting. got some umeboshi paste now so i might try some using that.

    I continuously fan and overlap my rice until it's cool but still moist and sticky. I tried Nigri a week after making basic tamaki and californian rolls and they were all fantastic. I've never used paste though... do tell me how it goes.

    I love when people experiment with different types of food. I admire that people are willing to take a jump into something completely new.
