I was wondering if any of you can help me out with my messed up routine?
I am at University at the moment, but I also work as a doorman, which means 4 nights a week I go to sleep at 4am. On a Monday, this isn't good as I have a lecture at 9am Tuesday morning. And I am not leaving my job, as that is what is funding me through Uni.
What I find is that I wake up and go to Uni, but then on a Wednesday when I have a free day, I sleep in, over sleep, and then I am tired by 8pm, especially with training.
Has anybody else had any time clock problems and know any successful methods to sort it out?
