Rome is phenomenal based on whatever criteria you judge it on.
Because it's noisy, smelly and expensive? :p:

None of the ones in your list.

New Delhi (hometown) or Tehran - amazing city.

I voted New York though, that's great too.

    That's simply not true.
    Why?

Earlier you said cities on that list were on for several reasons, one of them being how famous the city was. Rome is probably one of the most famous cities not just throughout history, but still today.

Haha, can't argue there. My favourite city is Hong Kong, which is all three!

The Vatican in Rome is pretty amazing

If I had to vote for one on the list, it would be Brussels ... mostly because of the beer However, the drivers there are scary.
If I had to vote against one, it would be London. Can't stand it.

However, I'm totally in love with Copenhagen (partially because my boyfriend lives there...) but I truly think it is a superb city. To start with, Denmark is rated as the happiest country in the world. I'm a huge fan of The Nordic Model. It also has lots of Belgian beer imported, which must be a plus. Copenhagen has a huge amount of wonderful architecture and similar culture, thanks to King Christian IV, who created many excellent buildings and almost bankrupted the country to boot. It's a very safe city, and there are none of these "no-go" areas you find in many cities (like London, for instance). There's a huge variety of areas in Copenhagen, from the conservative Frederiksborg to the anarchist Freetown Christiania. Just make sure you're not caught protesting against the climate meeting. Oh, and it lacks any hills whatsoever.

I also like Hamburg, although when I'm there I usually spend most of my time auf der Reeperbahn, rather than cultural sightseeing.

However, I voted for Tokyo. But I'll get back to you when I've been to all those places.

    MANCHESTER.

But from the list, Dublin, closely followed by New York. I'd live in either city if I had the chance.
