    Hey guys
I have been offered a place in the worlds largest pharamcutical for my year in indsutry doing software development for the research teams, hiowever i also have a few (4) final round interviews with investment banks.
As a long term perspective, will working for a pharamcutical hinder future employment possibilites in investment banking (software development - tech department) and if so would you suggest i take the investment bank offers now. I dont no what to do, i havent fully accepted the offer, i just really need your help in deciding. Obviously the bank pays more, but i would have to commute a lot further and my quality of life wouldnt be so great.
In a fw years, working in investment banking would mean i could move closer to work, i currently dont wish to do this at the moment as my gf has her job here and we live together.

Progression as a student is important to, will i get a good work experience working for a pharamcutical compared to a bank or is it six to one and half a dozen to the other.

This, I'd say a year in banking will help you continue in the sector, but if you want to move away from it then having a year in another sector will help. I think the year in big pharma will still put you ahead of the rest when applying for real jobs.
How are you feeling in the run-up to Results Day 2018?
