Haha, two of my current flatmates lived together last year as well, and the female walked in on the male masturbating at his computer quite a few times. Its hilarious. Personally I would make a joke about it - If she doesn't, she may be feeling a bit awkward so bring it up with a joke prepared to make light of the situation.
