    The key point was that if you *want* to do it then you need not have someone shout at you to do it.

    i kinda see what u mean, but its about volutarily placing yourself under authority, since a guy whis bigger than you and olding a megaphone can push you further than you could urself

    I wouldnt mind doing something like that. Mainly for the fitness aspect of it. Then again, my fitness isnt too bad. The issue is convincing the fatties to sign up.
