Universities should know what modules you are doing anyway.... I think

You put them as pending don't you? and if you get accepted should give you a conditional offer. Which if you meet the module grade to get the final grade should land you in a uni.

If you haven't given UCAS the complete picture of what you are re-sitting they may have difficulty and delays in receiving results from exam boards and in getting results to universities which could result in rejection and confusion, neither of which you want around results day. The way around this is to do what the UCAS rules say you must do and update both the universities and UCAS with changes to what exams you are sitting or have sat.

thanks good bloke, i think i'll let all the uni's know just in case. you mentioned results day, do uni's have a similar results day for january sittings like they do for june ones? or are all those things handled in june only
