    Ok.

    If i got 54 out of 100 on 25% of a module.
Then 45 out of 100 on 25% of a the same module.
Then failed 10% of the same module.

What do i need to get on the remaining 40% of the module, to pass the year and get a third?

I think you'd need about 38-39% to scrape a third class (assuming your next assignment is worth 40% of the module) overall in that module.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

But, you say you've failed 10% of the module already. At my uni, if you fail an assignment then you fail that module and you will have to retake.

But, to be honest, are you are spending £12k worth of fees wisely here?
