Workouts ... after nosejob
Yeah.. this is my question...
I had a nosejob.. bout 2 weeks back...
can i start exercising now..?? expert advice?
My routine is...
Sat - Cardio/chest/triceps
Sun - Back/Biceps
Mon - Rest ( jogging )
Tues - Legs/Stomach/Cardio
Wed - Shoulders/Forearms
Thurs- Cardio/Stomach
Fri - Rest (jogging)
Can i carry on with this or should i cut down cardio and jogging... and increase rest.... ur replyz will be highly.. appreciated....
Well one more thing.. its a rule to go back to exercises after 3 - 4 weeks.. if u have done rinoplasty... hmmm... but i feel fit..
do tell me.. wat do u think.. ???

Shouldnt you ask your surgeon? But if I was you I would leave it another couple of weeks.
I'm having one soon incidentally. In two weeks in fact. Was it really really painful?
naaaa... not painful at all.. if ur given antibiotics... its al normal .... u might feel uncomfortable.. in the middle.. thats all.. depends .. on wat type ur going for.. i went in for septorinoplasty.. yeah operation theatres do scare u... lol.. but it goes all smooth... best of luck... well bout.. waiting for another.. week.. i dun feel like.. waiting.. n e one else.. has to say ..something more??????

No dude! Two weeks after my septoplasty my nose was still at times painful and I got slight nosebleeds if I overexerted myself. I didn't even consider exercising beyond a gentle jog. And you had a rhino- as well..

Why did you have the op? Was it for cosmetic reasons or was your airpassage blocked?

Well it was for both. .... One side was partly blocked.. and for cosmetic reasons.. reshaping it...

yeah if i didnt work out one day i would feel weird the next and id make up for it the following day......
I would love my nose to be fixed.....got it broke a couple of years ago looks slightly funny - well to me anyway xoxoReply 11
i get really depressed if i can't work out. seriously, like my body misses the endorphins or something. weird.

I had that, but the NHS wouldn't pay for a rhinoplasty and our insurance wouldn't cover it because the problem began before we got the cover. But it isn't really apparent so its ok.

u really dont feel good.. if u cant workout ... so.. what do u suggest.. should i do it? i mean should i start or wait another week.. bout cost.. it was free for me.. uncle did it...
