The most painful piercing I have ever had.
I know a girl who had it done, it was always slightly crusty (i know this isn't attractive and i'm sorry) but that may have just been her not tlooking after it properly.
By the way, i didn't see the aforementioned nipple on a regular basis, her boyfriend always whinged about how nasty it was. xx

You'll probably need to cut a hole in one of your bras 
It still hurts occasionally now (especially as someone keeps leaning on it!), but it was continual pain for about a week or so. The actual piercing procedure isn't painful; it didn't hurt until a few minutes latr.
