Why do people list their A-levels then say (grade X in general studies). Is it accepted at many universitys anymore? As I often see their requirements say (exc general studies), or is it specific courses? Just curious.

alot of places don't accept general studies as an A-level so i put it in brackets to let people kno that. So all the ones i've applied for will go on my grades AAD. some can consider it as an AS if a further AS wasnt taken but i only kno that coz my brother applied to a uni that had them conditions.
hope that was at least a tine bit helpful xxx
