Ok I don't want to scare people or carry on false information.
However, I am an Int. Applicant and 2 of my friends decided to apply last minute (I applied in September). They thought they had until the 22nd but thankfully they found out just in time (14th) that the extended deadline only counts for UK applicants (because int. applicants didn't have snow trouble and usually didn't apply through a college/school).

Is it true that the deadline for int. applicants was the 15th? (because quite a few of the international TSR users seem to have applied after the 15th).

    From UCAS:

Due to the current severe weather conditions affecting the majority of the UK, UCAS has decided to extend its January deadline for applications for higher education courses by seven days.

Schools, colleges and applicants who are able to, should still submit their applications by 15 January. A later deadline of 22 January is available for anyone who is unable to apply by the original deadline.
Nothing about only being for UK students. Besides, lots of areas within the UK were also unaffected by snow, and the system itself isn't separate for people applying outside the UK; even if they wanted to, how could they make separate deadlines for different people when they all apply the same way?
