Got a heavy plant pot or some ******* stone bear (what I use lolz) in your garden, can do rows with it.
Depending on your strength level you can use bricks as dumbbells or some concrete slabs.
I currently overhead press a concrete post that was used on our old fence, its different and the bigger circumference makes it harder to grip..
You can make weights out of anything.
