The Student Room Group

not fitting in, well sort of

Hey, just wondering whether others have or had similar problems. It's just so annoying in school I had 2 best friends and by the end of year 11 we had a massive argument and all went our seperate ways, in college I made friends but I could not refer to them as close friends, and now since uni finished and all uni friends are living in different cities/ working and doing other things and the thought of not having close friends is really depresshing me. eek that all makes me sound all so sad, but I do go and do things with people but I don't seem to fit in as much, if that makes sense. :frown:

I know what you mean. I seem to have 'lost' most of my close friends. Not because of falling out or anything like that but just because of drifting apart. I can't actually name more than about three people from school that I am bothered about actually keeping in touch with. Most of my close friends are from my drama group but now we have all left we wont see each other as much.
