How many times a week do you have lectures/tutorials/seminars etc? watch

    And what year are you in? Just wondered what the average was, really! Obviously it will be different for different courses.

    I'm currently at Strathclyde studying history, politics and psychology.
    On a Monday I have 3 1 hour lectures in hist, pol and psy.
    On a Wednesday I have a 1 hour politics tutorial.
    On Friday I have 3 1 hour lectures in hist, pol and psy and a 1 hour tutorial in history.

    On a Monday I have lectures on databases & programming and I have a seminar on hardware. (3 hours)
    On a Tuesday I have a lab / seminar on programming, a lab on hardware and a lecture on hardware (4 hours)
    On a Thursday I have a seminar on databases and a lecture & seminar on law for computing (5 hours)

    Monday - Criminology lecture 1 hour + criminology seminar 1 hour = (2hrs)
    Tuesday - Skills Workshop/lecture 1 hour + Statistics lecture 1hr = (2hrs)
    Wednesday - Social Psychology lecture 2 hrs = (2hrs)
    Thursday - Statistics/research Methods lecture 1 hr + Biological Psychology lecture 2 hrs = (3hrs)
    Friday - Statistics Workshop/experiment 1hr = (1hr)

    Monday - 2 x 1 hour lectures + 3 x 1 hour tutorials
    Tuesday - 3 (technically 4) x 1 hour lectures + 3 hour lab
    Wednesday - 1 hour lecture
    Thursday - 4 x 1 hour lectures + 1 x optional 1 hour lecture + 1 x 1 hour tutorial
    Friday - 2 x 1 hour lectures + 2 x 1 hour tutorials.

    1st year Joint Maths and Computer Science.

    I'm in my first year studying History and American Studies with an elective module in Psychology.

    On a Tuesday I have a 1 hour History lecture, a 2 hour History seminar and a 1 hour American Studies lecture.
    On a Wednesday I have a 2 hour American Studies seminar.
    On a Thursday I have a 1 hour lecture and a 2 hour seminar for American Studies.
    And on a Friday I have a 1 hour lecture for Psychology.

    Monday - 12pm lecture
    Tuesday - 10am lecture, 12pm lecture, 3-5pm double lecture.
    Wednesday - No classes
    Thursday - 10am lecture, 12pm lecture.
    Friday - 11am tutorial, 12pm lecture, 3pm tutorial.

    My lectures / tutorials last an hour each. :yep:

    On Monday I have 3 lectures, and a 3 hour lab.
    Tuesday: Four lectures
    Wednesday: One lecture, one one hour tutorial, one two hour tutorial
    Thursday: Four lectures, three hour tutorial, one hour tutorial
