I just realised when my mouth is closed my tongue touches the top of my mouth just behind my front two teeth instead of being flat down. Is this just a bad habit or does everyonel keep their tongues in different positions in their mouths?

Mine rests with the tip just on the top of my lower front teeth.

Mine lies flat (tip on the back of the bottom teeth) with a slight arch in the middle. Though this is possibly because as a vocalist I've trained to adopt this position, I'm not sure how I used to position my tongue before I adopted this.

    My friend curls his tongue.

My tongue is in the same position as yours, it seems.

Pressed against the palate, with the tip touching the upper front teeth.

Completely of topic, but how old is your boyfriend?

He looks about 10... And your 22?

Same, touching the back of my top teeth. Knowing that at any one moment I could vocalize and make an alveolar sound is very exciting
