How do I tell my friends?
Either "I'm bi" or what I did, which was basically "Have you seen my Facebook status? *they have a look at it* Yes, it's true". Either way it spreads fast in a school, so you get a few days of "really? no, really?". Might be less for a girl who's bi, I don't know.

I have the exact same dilemma. People kind of think it already, and I already kind of told people a few years ago, and they seemingly all forgot about it - so I've just kept my "Interested in" blank on Facebook. Don't know whether to change it or not! Ahh pointless facebook drama!!

i think its the 'easiest' way to come out.....

    yet its still difficult.....

facing the same dilemma herre too - make life so much easier when its all out in the open!

Facebook is facebook, this is your private life, does it really matter if its not on facebook? I say keep it to yourself and tell people if they ask, easiest way to be honest.

As in put 'interested in men and women'? In some ways I don't even care about putting my sexuality on facebook, but in other ways I think I should so that people can know (and facebook being facebook is the easiest way) and I can start being 'true to myself'. But when I go to do it, I always get really scared haha.

Ah, being so silly here, I realise that.

Would you come out via facebook?
It's not silly , unfortunately FB is quite a big part of how people see you in some cases . Anyway , I changed my 'interested in' a few days ago and as of yet I have not been lynched :p: I feel awesome and much less fake. Just do it (Y) Good luck and PM me if you wanna talk bout it.

Certain apps automatically send out certain things depending on what gender you've listed yourself as interested in. So if you do list yourself as interested in both, be aware that it might possibly send 'sexy new years' and other such stuff to your female friends.

I actually technically "came out" on Facebook but putting that, but no-one noticed lol. I don't think anyone reads the info section. I ended up coming out in person a few months later
