    i always find breakfast hard

usually its scrambled (2) eggs with 4 slices of toast
or scrambled (2) eggs with 2 toast, baked beans, and grated cheese

In times of rush/laziness i get a bowl of alpen + milk and some fruit

Once upon a time i was having one of the first options, with a banana (or kiwi) and a yoghurt. I've heard breakfast should be your most calorific meal of the day ideally!

What ever you feel comfortable eating.

For me it is a bowl of porridge, a banana and a glass of milk.

either a bowl of porridge with a whey shake, or a bowl of shredded wheat and a whey shake. Basically you want a good amount of complex carbs, protein (i aim to hit 30g or more every meal) also have a banana. As for post workout The goal is to take in protein and simple sugars
