hurts when I walk the next day.
The pain is very easy to locate. Its about the size of a 50p goign and Is slap bang in the centre of the tibia. Pain is only felt on making hard impact wth ground on when it is pushed.
My regime: Jogging 30 mins a day with 15 mins of skipping afterwards with football matches on Saturday ( 90 mins) and Monday Football training (2hrs).Right wing back so i run a lot.
I think that my eagerness and willingness to "play through pain" is causing me distress.
My advice: Less cardio with rest days and wear proper shoes...
