More proof, in case you needed it, that the establishment have lost the plot altogether:

Laith Alani stabbed to death two British doctors after claiming to have received "a command from Allah."

It says the tribunal found deportation would also breach his human rights.
^^^ This doesn't even surprise me anymore. Anything that happens in this country doesn't surprise me.

Great value for money for the Taxpayer.

    Time for major reform?

Unless I skimmed it badly, it's saying he's being kept here ebcause he would be a threat to Iraqi civilians, here he will be to stay for life in the high-security hospital he is that.

So, what's the issue? Do you think it's right he be let loose on those "dirty A-Rabs" rather than kept away from society here?

    Do you actually pay taxes?

He's clearly being kept here for a reason, it's hardly losing the plot.

He has access to Clozapine in the UK, which is the only effective treatment for his condition. In Iraq he may well not have access to it (it requires careful management and weekly blood tests to avoid potentially fatal side-effects).

He has also lived in the UK since childhood and his family live here. He is as entiled to treatment by the NHS as the OP.
