    Part 2, is far better.
Would be rude to link you to the middle of a story, though.

I went to the library and borrowed a random selection of books. It feels good.

I should start using libraries more. I have terrible habit of buying books which i'll never have time to read. I wandered into Blackwell's on the way back to college today and spent money I can't really afford on books. All in the name of having something to read in the summer, despite the fact that I have shelves full of books at home that I need to read.

You are forgiven though, because Blackwell's is epic.

Go to Oxford, visit Blackwell's, and take that back. Imagine Aladdin's cave, but filled with books. :woo:

You've clearly never been to Oxford.

Or Blackwell's. Which is EPIC, and contains actual books, rather than the tripe you tend to find in Waterstone's

    /intellectual snobbery

I say that, you do get good books in Waterstone's. Just there's a high proportion of crap which people with one GCSE pass wouldn't want to consider reading, which one does not find in Blackwell's

Gays, take a look at the stuff about Anne Lister on iPlayer. She is this rather epic Regency-period lesbian lady with a long and rather explicit diary. There is a documentary about her by Sue Perkins, who is also awesome (and went to school near mine).

Heard a radio programme about her ages ago, she was truely extraordinary...always love hearing about people like that  people have always been homosexual, and there's a history before the past century, even if it's well hidden sometimes...

There was also a particularly interesting item on History of the world through 100 objects, the warren cup:
