I'm 5'7 ish
and i'm 83kg(I know its bad i put on 10kg from November to now because i had exams so i just ate junk and sat on my ass)
And when i was 73KG i was working out quite alot, but my tunny was still quite big...so now i have hit 83KG i want to go to 70KG by march/april...
if i lose the weight, and do ab work outs will i have a toned-ish tunny?
If you have a flat stomach how much do you weigh, and you height?

5'9 156lbs atm (profile pic)
Was 5'8 174 about 1 year ago. Lost muscle weight and not fat weight due to sickness.
Body fat is always around 9/12 so yeh I had a flat stomach.
I don'tdo ab work outs, I just do compound exercises and a lot of exercises that strain the legs/core which build up abs. Just go on a cut and your abs will come through. -

155 lbs, 6 foot tall.
Weight isn't going to be 100% accurate as people have different builds. More heavily built people will have flat stomachs at higher weights. Didn't realise it was even possible to put on 10kg in 10 weeks. That takes some serious doing. -

5'11 - 73Kg
Ive got a very low body fat percentage and am extremely toned although i have been trying to bulk for the last 3months.. I eat alot more now and gone from 68kg to 73kg sonce November.
I have quite well defined abs and workout often. The rule of thumb is: If you eat crap, you will look like crap.
So cut out the junk and hit the gym.. cardio will lose your fat.. if you dont do any cardio then you dont have a hope in hell of getting a flat stomach..
Hope this helps -

OP, this thread will tell you nothing. You need to lose fat and/or gain muscle. And no, doing situps and ab exercises is not a good way of doing this.

i'm 5ft 2
im actually underweight i think, so it probably wont count, 6 stone sometimes a little less.
So my stomachs always been flat,... but i did have a period of belly dancing, and if you're a girl that helps. -
