Hey! Is anyone in the physio course or been on an open day for Sheffield Hallam, Leeds Met and Man Met? If so what is it like? Also what are the universities and cities like?

Thanks for the help.

Hi Beachky, Iv applied to all 3 of those uni's for physio this year, i got rejected from leeds met as its random selection, so you'll be very lucky to get in there if u do, leeds city is awesome i love it, iv also got in at manchester met and sheff hallam, but im trying to decide which one to go for, coz the facilities at sheff hallam look great and the city looks nice, but manchester met city looks even better to me, however when i looked at the facilities, they looked really old and outdated which out me off, and apparently they dont support u so much there.... so im really stuck on trying to make the right decision! Where do u think u will go?

Hi Jade,

Im just abouot to graduate from sheffield hallam from the bsc physio course. HAs been an truely aamzing expereince. Large year group loads of partying and socialising. The Ropbert winston building is were we have all of our lectures its newly built and all the physio facilities are state of the art and plentyful. Definatley a good choice. Course is majority practical my first year consisted of a lecture to introduce section of anatomy, then seminars ins maller grouper to explore further from boook s pictures, the 2-3 days taht week going through it in practical rooms with models, skeletons etc this worked well for me.

ALso the support propvided is excellent, for your dissertation, in the chance you fail an exam, they are very good and take good care of you.

very freindly atmosphere.

Leaving this year most of the lecturers are on a social freindly level with us!!

Hope this helps
