You'd hope they're free with the fees we have to pay :p: But then unis do have a habit of charging extra for things :/ :frown: Hopefully they won't for you guys.

They'll prolly charge for them over here but

georges never said but I'm sure they would have said if we had to pay so fingers crossed it'll be free! My boss said when she did her training (way back when  ) they had to pay for their uniform - 3 tops, 3 bottoms and specific shoes!

Maroon?????? Charming!

I don't actually have a uniform at my place - they don't like how institutionalised it makes everything feel so within reason we can wear what we like

yeah its a hospital - but no uniforms - we can wear what we like within reason...........I think its because its Mental Health that we can do it - I don't think patients like to see people in uniform when tey're mentally unwell. But I'm not sure about the official reason

ah right, do alot of males do physiotherapy - for audiology there is usually 10:1 ratio in favour of females.

you get two tunics and one pair of trousers re-funded at the NHS. I'm going to the uni of nottingham and just ordered my uniform from the 'htc' group and a ton of stuff from bodyline for practical lessons) My uniform cost me around fifty pounds...but then i'll get some of it back.

two tunics and a pair of trousers? that ain't very much!!! I would have thought that you'd be better off with at least 2 pairs of troiusers........if not 3 of each. I haven't ordered anything, but then again I haven't heard anything from st georges so I would imagine its all sorted in freshers fortnight.........

what bodyline stuff did they suggest?
