I am an EU student eligible for public support. I selected 01 Public finance on UCAS thinking it was the one to choose if you do not need a loan. I now understand that 02 would probably be the one I should have chosen as I am eligible for public support and it would be difficult to pay more than 3k pa for tuition.

Is this going be a problem when dealing with student finance? Has it happened to anyone else before, what did you have to do?

I made the same mistake - except worse since im scottish so there was never any doubt.. email UCAS and all the schools you applied to (or that which you have firmed/insuranced if you have offers and tell them you made the mistake and want to change it.. it is no problem

I would suggest ringing them up ASAP and telling them you chose the wrong one.

Ring up UCAS and tell them, and then they will be able to tell you where to go from there

Well I called them up and it now says fee payer "LA" on track - is that correct even though I am an EU citizen?

EDIT: Omg, who chose the hold music for the EU team. +o(

EDIT2: Any idea when the EU10N form will be online?
