Very Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz - loves it
Where's it from? I waaaaant one! Would work with a black or white top, and I'd be way tempted to wear it with "ruby red slippers" of some kind! As someone else suggested, clashing prints are very this season if you don't want to either go all matchy-matchy, or look like you're going to a fancy dress party.

It could look really cute at a picnic in the summer or something! definitely not with tights in this kind of weather though...
You have a really nice figure why not get something a bit more form fitting to show it off! -

I wear skirts like that all the time (I have them in loads of different patterns and colours!)
It would look cute with a fitted white T-shirt http://www.newlook.co.uk/1893654/189...ctDetails.aspx (tucked into the skirt)
with a navy waist belt,
big vintage style sunglasseshttp://www.monsoon.co.uk/invt/693760...rizesunglasses
navy court shoes http://www.newlook.co.uk/1826651/182...ctDetails.aspx
a chunky necklace http://www.missselfridge.com/webapp/...7248&langId=-1
and bright red lips. But it's definitely a summer skirt. -
