    I can do about 20 pushup then feel really hot and so i go back to watching tele. how can i get muscles in my lower arms like near my wrists?

    And if i lift a 6kg weight for 15 mins every other day will i build muscles in my arms?

    It's a work out routine devised by Mark Rippetoe, google it and use the wiki... then buy the book. Learn it live it love it.

    Throw you tele out of your window which will cause two positiv things:

    1) It gonna need your muscels and is sort of work out when you lift your tv
    2) It will provide you from quitting work out after 20 push-ups because of your tv

    If you are weak and puny you need more food.

    Eat more lean meat - More proteins and more fat.
    Do a lot of weights. Only do a weight you feel comfortable doing.
    If you cannot do 20 reps of that weight, you are not strong enough for that weight.

    Right join a gym. Dont bother with bicep curls or any isolating weight exercies just yet. Start with squats dead lifts, bench press, shoulder press, lat pull down while also doing push ups and pull ups. Start with doing 5 sets of 5 reps. The most important thing is to lose your ego.Dont load on the bar lots of weight thats to heavey and lift with poor form it wont be as effective as lifting less weight with perfect form. Ask somone at the gym to help you who looks friendly. Eat like youve never eaten before aim for 4000 calories and lots of protein. Maybe use some protein shakes and myprotein.co.uk do a ultra fine oats wich is good carbs. Try to only take after training. May add in another shake but try to get most nutrients from fish pasta bread salad etc etc. Stick to those exercises and eat like theres no tomorow you will fill out and gain more strength than you can ever imagine. PS Most important lift with good form

    I was lol'ing more at your description of what you do. Lifting a 6kg weight for 15 minutes means **** all to the rest of us. What exactly do you do with the weight, what excercises?

    No one can tell you what weights to lift but to progress you need to push yourself and I can't imagine 6kg being that taxing for many excercises at all.
