    Hi all,

I have a quick question about the terms of the student visa. I understand that a student on a student visa cannot engage in business. However, can a student work on a product/service on a non-business basis during his/her studies, but commercialise it after graduation using the Fresh Talent visa? Would this type of delayed-commercialisation breach the terms of the student visa?

    Thanks a lot
    John

No, not quite. Maybe something like a software program initially released to the public for non-profit, but is later commercialised after graduation.
