Hi all,
I've been doing weights for the last half year or so. I was doing some arm exercises today, and noticed a vein about 2 inches along my arm from my wrist was bulging out, and kept feeling like it was pinging and tingling every time I lifted.
I'm not overdoing it or anything, I'm well within my comfort zone and haven't actually increased the weight I'm lifting for quite some while.
Is this normal? The vein is nowhere near as big on my other arm. I guess it's the "ping" feeling (sort of as if I've hit my funny bone, but just in my hand) and the tingling that's quite worrying. I guess I could take a photo if necessary.
Any input welcome.

It's fine, veins do this when you lift weights :P.

Are you sure its a vein? Sounds like the... tendon or ligament or whatever it is that runs up the arm. Your bicep curls have been working your forearm and its maby a bit sore or tingley. I wouldn't worry.
