    It's not what i need at this time, very inconvenient. I need some surefire methods, i'm thinking of going in the sauna tomorrow...

    Beechams, every 4 hours without fail. Rest, orange juice, vitamins. But mainly the beechams. Or it may be better to take paracetomal and ibuprofen at intervals..2 paracetomal then 2 hours later ibuprofen etc, if you just want to keep the aches and stuff away.
