As a guy with a lot of interest and reasonable amount of knowledge in this area of the forum, I thought I'd introduce myself
There's clearly a lot of very knowledgeable and helpful people in here doing their best, and that's great to see.
I'd just like to suggest one website for anybody who is looking at any aspect of their physical wellbeing; losing weight, bulking up, training, etc.
It's run by a guy named Scooby - he's a tad odd, wears extremely short shorts and a rather bizarre hat. But I guess that's what 30 years of body-building does to a man.
He does not use any supplements outside of protein shakes, and the advice he gives out on the site is absolutely fantastic.
Granted, if you're a super-hardcore builder I'm sure there's not a lot of stuff on there you didn't know, but for a beginner it is fantastic.

I think he's pretty good for beginners, solid advice and focuses on basic lifts. I havent seen to much other than his home workout vids on youtube but from what I can attest to his knowhow.
