Mphil Development Studies

Hi

I am considering applying for the Mphil in development studies at cambridge for 2006 intake and wanted some advice.

I am currently going into my final year in Manchester uni. doing Economics. My second year grades looked like this:

Tandem German - 67% 2.1
Economics of the EU: Trade and Customs Unions - 67% 2.1
Business Economics IA - 67% 2.1
Business Economics IB - 60% 2.1
Development Economics I - 63% 2.1
Development Economics II - 60% 2.1
Management Information Systems - 61% 2.1
Career Management Skills - 58% 2.2
Macroeconomics IIA - 42% 3
Macroeconomics IIB - 60% 2.1
Microeconomics IIA - 41% 3
Microeconomics IIB - 56% 2.2

Now I can obtain excellent references and I am predicted a 2.1.

Is it worth applying and if so which college? What is the easiest to get into?

Also is this course relatively difficult to get into?

Any help would be great.
