Overseas student going a bit cuckoo
K I came to the UK to study but ever since I've bin feeling really strange. My mind is playing tricks on me. I don't know why it is. I miss seeing my family regularly. I feel like I can't communicate with them over the phone. I want the year to finish so I can go back... 4 months to go

Get a webcam and skype them? Much better imo
Is it beacuse you're lonely? don't you socialise with people in your halls or uni classes?
It's not nice being homesick but you've got to create a new life at your university, you'll be to busy enjoying your course and meeting new friends to be homesick.
Why don't you speak to a uni counsellor?

Buy a cat. Don't know why I thought of that but I can't see any faults with that suggestion.
go to youtube, or perhaps find a online news stream for your country.
You've already lasted 8 months, so four isn't that much. How about you just enjoy the time you have left? Because you know that you will go home eventually and this is once in a lifetime opportunity, so just enjoy it! Go out, socialise etc.
Just keep in regular contact with your family, some of us are more home birds than others. 4 months is only 16 weeks. It's not long
