My stomach is always rumbling at the times when i really dont want it to
and its propper loud with it
especially in lessons
im 17, reasonably healthy etc.
but i get hungry way too quick! like ill have breakfast and then by 12 my stomack is rumbling so loudly... but i dont want to snack and i dont want to eat any more... its not even like im hungry. if i wasnt so embarrased id just ignore it but i cant...
any way i can stop my stomach from grumbling so much?
(p.s. it's anon'd cause if i didnt anon it people know me :P and its embarrassing )
