    You should be lifting whatever your comfortable with, such as with the bench press, you could lift 50kg for 8 reps, and rest for xxx amount of seconds and then do another set (8 reps) of bench press, and do maybe 2/3/4 sets.

    Theres loads of workout routines and they all suit different people. Just have to read a hell of a lot.

    Lift a 6 kg weight for 15 mins and you will get a good chest.
