Rephrasing the question, how do you loosen the hymen before you have sex?

Tampons, exercise, any kind of physical movement, masturbation. I'd be very surprised if yours isnt already broken. I have no clue when mine broke and I couldnt ever feel it.

So it doesn't hurt when she has a penis pushed through it, presumably.

    It's not a stupid question.

I just don't want it to hurt when I have sex for the first time.

It's likely it'll happen. I used tampons and did gymnastics for years and mine hadn't broken. It stops hurting quickly, so you'll be fine.
