I would but I don't know how to use it
I believe the expression is "In, out, in, out, shake it all about"

I'm with you on this. I had this conversation in another thread and I just can't get my head around why it's suddenly become 'popular' to 'prepare' yourself for sex in such an extreme way. Sounds like the least prepared person would do that imo.

It's also strange that in days gone by (not too long ago actually) an intact hymen was celebrated and women 'took the pain' as a sign of nature, and what happens when a woman loses her virginity. It's just another sign of a generation who want it all the easy way - girls having babies by c-section because they're scared of pain. It's all the same. Makes me sick tbh.
Christ alive people are insecure enough about sex they don't need you judging them. I thought society had moved on from the fact that women are "supposed" to feel pain, the whole point is with technology and scientific knowledge the way it is why do they have to? Don't tell me its "tradition" or its "nature" (unless of course you live in caves and in the woods and well and truly embrace nature for all its worth).

Nowadays people have a great thing; its called choice. Don't take a step backwards by making this person feel horrible for wanting to avoid pain so as to make their first time easier.

sorry this made me laugh so hard....
Mine broke when i was about 10 due to horse riding...have you ever tried using tampons? if it hurts you when you first use one than you've still got your hymen otherwise you've already broken it - like most girls!
what about using a dildo or something similar (like an electric toothbrush!??) then you can do it in your own pace and then when it comes to having sex you dont have to scream in agony....!!!! only a suggestion.
    Is that a euphemism?

Wow when I had sex it hurt and it bled a little. I knew it was going to happen and just got on with it. If your lucky your bf will make sure he doesn't deep thrust you into oblivion and the next time you do it it will get better.

If you are scared of the pain of breaking your hymen imagine getting pregnant..thats killer pain and its prolonged too.

Loosening yourself up should be done so you can explore your body and learn to enjoy yourself. Hopefully then you can learn to massage your clitoris in a way that perhaps reaches you to orgasm. Some young men think vaginal penetration is enough for us women when usually we need a lil massage on the side too.

If you are incredibly tight (can barely fit one of his fingers up you) then go ahead lube up and ease yourself in. You don't need to break yourself beforehand but if thats what you really want then go ahead. I just find it a bit weird.

I don't even know when my broke, and I don't remember feeling much pain when I first had sex (mostly it was my legs and hips that went because of the position; I have weak joints), there was certainly no blood.

I wore tampons for a good few years before having sex; didn't make a damn difference to the pain factor of sex... I don't even know when it broke! Anyway, I think you should stop thinking about it and just go with the flow.

I don't even remember ever having mine
Sex will probably hurt a little whether or not you have your hymen simply cos you're not used to it.

Not necessarily, I used tampons for years (and horse rode) and first time sex still hurt like a *****. Most of my friends use tampons, and none of them have had a pain-free time of losing their virginity.
Should have used a dildo before hand. It's ridiculous that women complain that losing their virginity hurts and spoils it; use a dildo ffs!

    Erm ok...
Do you know where your clitoris is? I don't wish to get too graphic but if you look at yourself in a mirror and consult a pic off wikipedia/google that should sort you out.

With a moistened finger touch the area in a light circular motion and it should feel pleasant. From there you can explore different motions, pressures and frequency of movement.

I don't want to get too explicit. 1) some people may be aroused by my methods
    2) its a bit like porn

My boyfriend asked me to actually try and stretch myself a bit beforehand (LDR), as he said he wanted me to enjoy sex rather than it be incredibly painful and rubbish. I don't think that's hugely immature...

that's a start anyway. the vibrator goes in there. and that, is the big secret to how to use a vibrator
    You've been trolled.

No, it makes sense to do it before sex; that way you enjoy the experience rather than be in pain. Also, I don't want blood on ****, thanks but no thanks. I personally wouldn't have sex with a girl who had an intact hymen: it's bloody; it's gross; wouldn't want to hurt her.
