    LNAT score: 16

    LNAT unis: Oxford, Bristol

Rejected from New College Oxford after interview, waiting on Bristol.

I'm so shocked, I didn't think I'd do this badly. I think I'm going to change direction now and not do law at all.
Isn't that a bit drastic all because of one result on one test?

i was thinking exactly the same thing, it is also extremely disrespectful to the people who got the same or less.

I think thats a bit sudden!
I got 13/30, so consider yourself lucky! Cambridge said there is no correlation between good LNAT scores and doing well in a law degree, so im listening to them :P
Plus with all the problems they are having with the recession and unis this year, its really not a good idea to reapply next year for something else unless you get no offers at all...

Yeah, this does seem a pretty drastic reaction. 16 is average--plenty of people with 16 go on to do law degrees and do fine. I wouldn't let one test result shake your confidence like this. Just take a deep breath, take a different offer, and move on.

Completely proud of myself. Two practices... 9 and 11. =) I'm super elated. Irrelevant of whether KCL make me an offer, my LNAT score has NOT let me down, which I what I worried about.
