I'm trying to shed some pounds at home and I've no idea how to start. I was thinking of using exercise videos so I can easily pop them on the player or put them in my ipod. Where can I get good quality exercise videos?

Would it not be easier to eat less and simply do cardio? like running, cycling, rowing, swimming?

if you're really into workout videos, you can try searching online for it. Maybe you'll get something from ebay or tube. one that I came across was Workouts on Demand. You could check it out and see if that works for you. I hope this helps.

itunes probably have some, but tbh i don't really think it'll be so easy to follow what they're doing on a teeny weeny little ipod screen. esp if you have to constantly hold the ipod to see what's going on.
