Scales say the same weight watch

    Before I went travelling I got fit (a little bit) after going to the gym 4 times a week. Anyway, I have beeen eating rubbish and have not exercised, so why do the scales say I am the same weight????

    you might have lost muscle mass and gained some fat instead?

    or maybe nothing has changed at all

    or maybe your scales are wrong. :P

    I have been to a few places and weighed. I have definally gained fat, I am less defined and more bloated.

    I ete McDonalds everyday and my thighs rub aganist each other.... weight gain!
