Woaaaaah. Chill out. You should learn to read before you comment. I've never told her not to do it and I don't believe that even if I did I'd have any right to expect her to listen. Get a grip of yourself and go jump down someone elses throat.
If you think that's jumping down your throat you should probably grow some balls :holmes: But anyway, ok, you didn't use those words outright. But you're quite clearly saying that you would rather she didn't use them, you told her you were 'shocked' and 'uncomfortable'. Super duper way to boost her esteem. Alas, too late now, let's just hope she accepts an apology and that realises that one persons opinion should not be enough to make her rethink her work. You should be proud of her for having the guts to show her body like that.

I really wanna know. Do GCSE art students take pictures of and draw their boobs as part of the course?
Not at GCSE, they do at A Level. My boobs were in a lot of drawings and photographs.

Although, when I did Art GCSE, my teacher suggested I use condoms in my collage. Ha.

But then, if it was a guy.. Girls, would you react as strongly if your bf wanted to do the same?
I don't think I would be as bothered.. I wouldn't want my friends to see his **** though.

OP, I can totally see why you're not a fan of this, but I think you should talk to her about it. I reckon I'd be flattered if my bf was upset that the whole school was going to see my body.
As someone else said, try talk to her about making it more blurred? Would that be okey?
Btw, wouldn't you be proud? if people saw how gorgeous she is, wouldn't you be proud to think of that guys would see that and know that she's urs?

She's photographed herself naked in the name of the arts, not getting spitroasted by two heroin addicts she barely knows and being videotaped. Furthermore, it IS a school environment, not redtube. Higher, and clearly more rational beings, will have to clear it before it is displayed. If they do not think it's wrong, then why should you? It's not your body.

I'm not responsible for her esteem. I'm one person.

I'm not going tp ask her to blur it more, she has worked hard on it and it would be unfair for me to tell her to change it. I'm proud of how hot she is, yeah. But that's something that I like to appreciate as my own, something else other people don't see.

The thing she seemed most upset about was that I told her people would be able to tell it was her. She said she was going to say it wasn't.

No. I just find that hard to believe.

Are you jealous that the whole school will see your girlfriend naked? What are you looking for in this thread? My best advice for you is to get over it.

I know theres nothing people on here love more than jumping on the high horse but honestly you dont want her to it because you think other guys will see her, something which should be reserved for you. No guy would want their girlfriend to do this despite what they say.

What you have to understand is that there's a distinction between nudity which would constitute an infringement of the exclusivity of your relationship and other forms of nudity. If your girlfriend was posting naked pictures to pornographic websites, for example, I think you'd be justified in objecting because the purpose of the pictures would be to arouse other men and that's at least in part a violation of the sexual exclusivity between you and your girlfriend. However, in a context such as the one you describe, the intention isn't sexual, and because of this the fact that you object to her showing the pictures is tantamount to claiming you have the right to decide what she does (non-sexually) with her body. Firstly, you seem controlling, and secondly it appears that you have issues with non-sexual nudity which is pretty prudish when you consider that nudes have appeared in artistic contexts throughout the history of art. It's just a human body and exploring it through art is entirely normal.

You have a mature sounding, confident girlfriend and all you can do is ***** about some boobies that people may or may not see.

If she's in any way attractive, and let's hope she is because after all you're a model and we're all jealous of you (I believe that you're a model, mate. No one but a model would assert themselves as a model with "yeah, jealous?" ) people will give you respect for being the one she goes home to.

Oh yes, and other have pointed out, you seem controlling.
