    Last week i did my interview at lancaster university and totally screwed it up!

    I think i was way too nervous - i dont do good with interviews anyway i didnt get in hence the username but these are the questions that they ask.

    Why do you want to become a social worker - do not say helping people - well say it but go in depth as they turn around and say why can you do another job with helping people??

    How do your subjects relate to social work -Link your subject to social work some how

    Give example of what social workers do - find out what they do! not just help people

    They will give you an example of a user group such as young abused person and you will have to say how you will deal with them

    How will you handle critisicm?

    Be up to date with current affairs

    I know this is for a different University but I have got an interview for "Youth & Community Work" and it says I have to do a written test commenting on a article... was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what this might cover? Or any where on the internet I could look at any examples...?
