About 4 years ago at 14, I fractured a knuckle in my left hand (the one below the index finger) punching a wall. My hand doesn't hurt now at all but I didn't bother getting checked up about it. Thing is, I can still see that the knuckle on my left hand below my index finger isnt as protruding as the one on my right hand. Is this still much of a problem and should I bother getting it checked up since I regularly box?

If you experience pain, discomfort and/or loss of function by all means pester your GP but otherwise there is little need, it's simply cosmetic (ie; when the bones in your knuckle fused following your break they didn't line up 100% properly).
