Anon or delete because he uses this forum.

Well basically next year, the second year, 4 of us had all decided to move off campus. We signed a tenancy agreement last week and all of us, except one, paid a £125 deposit.

However somebody, let's call him Paddy, who lives with my friend, decided it was a good idea to sleep with my friend's (his best friend's) girlfriend (who happens to live in the same flat). This caused a row and now my friend has decided he doesn't want to live with him (understandably) and he hasn't paid the deposit anyway.

However I want to live with my friend, and so does my other friend.

So how do I go about either forcing Paddy to leave or getting our deposits back and moving shop? He refuses to apologise so getting them to make peace is out of the question.

    Any suggestions?

Oh no my real identity has been revealed.
How can we kick him out though? He pretty much sealed the deal, organised the viewing, negotiated everything.

Some sort of blackmail might do.

I'll lend you a G-clamp if you want it.

    Paddy sounds like a ballsack.
