    I was turned down for War Studies but was asked if I'd like to be considered for their (new and unadvertised) 2 year International Studies Foundation Degree which leads to a BA in International Politics in an optional final year.

    Did anyone else get that offer?

    That's interesting. What grades do you need for that?

    Well I'm not actually doing A-Levels but my offer was the same as it would've been for War Studies so I guess that's AAA for A-Level. Could be lower though I guess, I'm not sure. But I've firmed it. Seems right up my street - a modern language and a work placement part of the program too.
