Because you are perpetuating the utter ******** that you have to take supplement tablets or eat weirdly/loads to survive on a vegetarian diet which is frankly just wrong. If you had to change back to eating meat then fair enough, but it was nothing to do with being vegetarian directly, you just had a poor diet or your body personally couldn't handle it so stop telling people that 'ooh you're really ill and unhealthy all the time as a vegetarian'.
Not saying that at all, only that ive found it hard to do things such as intense revision for exams and i feel tired a lot of the time. THAT IS ALL.

    I fully agreee with you
A lack of protein. Being vegetarian is the best option

If you are really lazy about your diet in general it is easier to get away with getting what you need as a meat eater. As a vegetarian you have to think about what you are eating a more to ensure that you get what you need, with a little effort it is perfectly possible to be healthy as a vegetarian.

I've been a vegetarian for nearly 7 years now, I've never been lacking anything - I think that protein is the least of your problems tbh you can eat Quorn, soya products, eggs and have a healthy level of protein, important thing is B12 it's the only vitamin that is very hard to find in natural sources (apart from meat ofc) you can buy the tablets in health shops
