I'm not going to do it, I know that I can't for various reasons, but I just feel so ******* terrible right now.

So yeah, insult me, tell me jokes, whatever, could somebody please just talk to me because I really can't cope with things just now.

I'm sorry you feel like this. Have you thought about talking to the samaritans? They have an email service I think. Talking to someone like that could really help you. I hope you feel happier soon.

Don't kill yourself. Watch an anime/ play a video game to take your mind off of your problems. Maybe make a list if what you like about yourself.

I've tried emailing the samaritans before, they were completely useless. And I reallly don't want to phone anyone just now.

Have you got something that you are interested in to occupy your time? I know there is rubbish on the TV tonight so you won't be entertained there. How about some fave music/bands to listen to or comedy dvds? Other than talking on the pc to friends etc I don't know what else to suggest.
Hope you feel a bit better soon.

You should watch Heroes, or Chuck, or Lost, or Dexter, or House, or many other shows and get hooked. That'll take your mind off of it.

You seem bored. Why not entertain yourself by thinking of all the reasons your life is a pathetic misery? :yep:

In seriousness: Smoke something. Find a guitar or keyboard and play something. Write poetry. Jack off to some seriously good porn, and go to sleep.

xbox live is quite handy for this

when arguing with a yank, my strategy for an insult is a three pronged assault.

    1) a reference to their obesity/ diet
    2) a reference to one of their worse groups - e.g. hillbillies
    3) a reference to a recent event, the more shocking the better. e.g. vietnam, 9/11.

    you cant go wrong!

    Hi there Anon,

Sorry you feel like this, but remember - it's TEMPORARY. The crappy thoughts etc. will pass.

    Try this instead

    1. Make a list of your 5 favourite things (moments in your life, or hobbies or people etc.) Post them here if you feel ok to do it!
2.Think of something you may be looking forward to - if you can't think if anything, try to think of something you could do that you enjoy
    3. Try not to think about an orange penguin

If you feel too stressed to do these, the suggestion above to exercise is a good one.

And remember that you're never alone in this game we call life!
